The Role:

• To communicate with the line manager in a timely manner
• Liaise with overseer /operators for handovers and any issues arising.
• Produce work to the highest standards and to obtain maximum output and procedures are followed.
• Always maintain and monitor all Company processes and procedures.
• Flexible approach to shift work and overtime.
• Develop knowledge and skills for performance management to create a high-performance culture.
• Able to understand and act on maintenance levels
• To perform any other duties that may be required from time to time.

The Person:

• Deadline focused
• Flexible
• Experienced on Bowe fusions, Neopost equipment an advantage plus any additional    experience using finishing equipment such as guillotines / Folders / Stitching lines etc
• Have working knowledge of DSA providers and Royal mail working practices along with mail sortation processes.
