Call Centre Sales Advisor

• Deliver best in class customer service experience by phone in an Inbound Sales environment.
• Deliver FCA regulatory and underwriting expectations.
• Understand customers demand and needs to find most suitable product/solution.
• Successfully achieve positive commercial outcomes and delivery against KPIs
• Ability to overcome customer objections.
• Maintain a good product knowledge across all our brands.
• IT literate, able to take inbound calls whilst navigating multiple software systems.

Candidate Experience

• Experience of working in a call centre is essential.
• Clear communicator who can build relationships.
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Influencing and persuading skills
• Ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
• Self-motivated to be able to take accountability of your own development.
• Team working, building relationships across the organisation.
• Ability to self-manage.
