Job Role: Senior Account Manager

Salary: £29,000 - £31,000 (DOE)

Location: Trafford Park, Manchester

We are looking for ambitious and experienced recruitment individuals to join the team at our Head Office in Trafford Park to help support existing clients and growth across the business.

Here’s what you can expect to be doing:

• Manging multiple client sites across various regions
• Develop strong professional relationships with key client contacts across multiple sites
• Line management of 2 x Recruitment Resourcers / Administrators
• Manage full recruitment cycle for various sites UK wide as part of a national contract (service delivery role, no sales)
• Understanding client’s requirements and ensuring jobs are filled within the required time frame, and in line with SLA
• Contacting candidates for a variety of roles and discussing potential opportunities UK wide
• Ensuring all candidates placed meet strict compliance and licence requirements
• Attending and leading client visits and review meetings - this will be a combination of remote and driving to client sites to meet face to face
• Accurate reporting on recruitment and fulfilment statistics as part of KPI's
• Devloping team members capabiltiies and service delivery throguh continuous improvement

A few things about you:

• Experience within a recruitment service delivery role, preferably in the logistics / industrial sector
• High level of attention to detail, this contracts compliance requirements are specific, detailed and compulsory, and you will manage this process
• Full driving licence and ideally own transport is required as the role will involve occasional travel to clients’ sites for meetings etc
• Professional telephone manner and appearance
• Previous experience managing / developing new starters
• Willingness to interact with people face to face and over the phone to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English
• A good level of education
