WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE / FLT DRIVER (TRAINING PROVIDED) 

- Location: Lutterworth, LE17
- Pay Rate: £13.10 per hour (Days) | £14.02 per hour (Nights)

Shifts Available

 - Rotating Days: 06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 - 22:00
 - Fixed Nights: 22:00 – 06:00

About the Role

Looking for a warehouse role with real career progression?

We're recruiting Warehouse Operatives and FLT Drivers to join a busy distribution operation handling alcohol products. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with warehouse experience who would like to develop their FLT skills with full training available.

The role combines warehouse duties with FLT operation, providing a varied and fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles
• Moving stock safely throughout the warehouse
• Breaking down pallets when required
• Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently (where qualified)
• Handling alcohol products with care
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised working environment
• Supporting general warehouse operations

What We're Looking For

• No FLT licence required – training available
• Previous warehouse experience welcomed
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties, including moving crates and pallets up to 20kg
• Reliable, hardworking and motivated
• Strong team player with a positive attitude
• Experience with PPT, LLOP, pump trucks, scanners or other MHE is advantageous but not essential
