E-Commerce Warehouse Operative – Birmingham B11

Join a fast-growing e-commerce fulfilment team in Birmingham! Our client is looking for reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operatives to support order processing and dispatch operations at their B11 site.

Location: Birmingham B11 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm (may finish at 6:00pm during busy periods) Pay Rate:

• £12.21 per hour

• Overtime after 37.5 hours: £15.27 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick and process orders using handheld scanners

• Verify product details, batch codes, and expiry dates

• Pack items safely and label parcels for courier shipment

• Maintain accurate inventory records

• Communicate stock discrepancies to supervisors

• Keep the warehouse clean and compliant with hygiene standards

• Collaborate with warehouse and production teams

Requirements:

• Previous experience in warehouse, e-commerce, or production roles

• Strong attention to detail and computer literacy

• Physically fit and able to stand for long periods and lift moderate loads

• Reliable, punctual, and flexible with working hours

• Good communication and teamwork skills
