My Client who are a leading manufacturer within their field are seeking an experienced Quality Inspection Team Leader to join their team due to continued growth and expansion.

You will be responsible for a team of inspectors and be the main point of contact between customer site and manufacturing.

Quality Inspection Team Leader Requirements:

• Experience working within automotive manufacturing
• Experience dealing with customers / clients and negotiating
• Experience identifying issues and raising to senior management
• Arabic as a second language (desirable)
• Experience with MS Office/ Excel

Quality Inspector Team Leader Duties:

• Managing a team of inspectors to identify and resolve quality issues
• Coordinating with the customer to ensure any issues claimed on the customer line are contained and resolved promptly
• Participation on daily customer meetings to provide updates and gather feedback: Details of quantity checked / quantity rejected / overview of issues
• Daily Communication with the customer to decide on rejected parts
• Providing detailed daily reports
• Details of issues detected during the incoming inspection / Details of issues detected in customer line
• Ensuring that quality check procedures are completely followed
