Salary : £23,296 - £23,920 DOE

Hours of Work : Monday – Friday 8am – 4.30pm

Location : Bury

Purpose of the Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join our busy Warehouse team.

We are looking for a professional, personable and enthusiastic person who will helping to deliver the highest levels of customer service and operational effectiveness to our client’s customers. The ideal candidate will have experience of Supervising in a busy warehouse environment and working accurately and to the highest standards.

As a Team Leader, you will support the Supervisor to manage the picking, packing and assembly team by working closely with the supervisor to formulate work plans and ensure effective management of the workload. In addition, you will help pick, prepare, pack and dispatch orders received from customers over the phone and via our websites.

The Candidate

• Previous experience of being responsible for a team able to lead small teams.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to influence and motivate people around you.
• Excellent people / time management skills
• Able to communicate at all levels.

   

• An ability to work accurately in a methodical and tidy manner.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
• Flexible and professional attitude.
• Good numeracy skills.

• Computer literate. Experience of using WMS systems preferable.

• Able to work additional hours at peak times including weekends, October to December.
