Proman is working with a leading manufacturing business to appoint an experienced Credit Controller, on a temporary on-going basis in Trafford.

A Credit Specialist will be responsible for managing the credit control process for a designated portfolio of customers

Main duties and responsibilities:

• Monitoring outstanding invoices
• Chasing overdue payments
• Resolving queries and identifying and mitigating credit risks.
• Responding to customer queries

The Candidate

• Credit Control experience essential
• Experience of managing multiple mailboxes and responding to emails is essential
• Ability to write own responses to email essential
• You have excellent written and verbal communication skills
• You can forge strong relationships with our Internal and External Customers
