Concierge

PROMAN is looking for Concierge in the Islington area for an ongoing role.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly 
• Provide information about local attractions, services, and amenities to enhance guest experience.
• Monitor the premises using CCTV and other surveillance methods to ensure safety and security.
• Assist in loss prevention by being vigilant and reporting any suspicious activities.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and requests, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
• Administer first aid when necessary and maintain knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Maintain an organised front desk area, ensuring all materials are up-to-date and accessible.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a concierge or customer service role is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and familiarity with surveillance systems is advantageous.
• First aid certification is desirable but not mandatory; training may be provided.
• Attention to detail and strong organisational skills are essential for managing multiple tasks effectively.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• SIA License is a must
