Job Title: Head of Permanent Division

Location: Northwest, UK

Salary: Negotiable + Operational Bonus Related Pay

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join us as the Head of our Permanent Division.

Role Overview: Reporting directly to the Co-Managing Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading and managing the operations of our Permanent Recruitment Division. You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Strategy Development - Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction, whilst monitoring industry trends and best practices to ensure our services remain competitive and innovative.
  2. Leadership & People Management - Lead and manage the PermDivision, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  3. Business Development – Having passion to grow the division and drive a culture of sales and business development.
  4. Profit and Loss - Manage budgets, resources, and operational processes to achieve financial and operational targets.
  5. Operational Delivery - Oversee the performance and development of the professional services team and collaborate with other departments to drive cross-functional initiatives and projects.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a senior management role within the recruitment sector.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent strategic planning and execution capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A winning mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and passion to grow the division.
  • Experience in developing and maintaining ATS systems and implementing change
