HGV Class 2 Driver

Our established Client in Burton on Trent are looking for experienced HGV Class 2 Driver to join their Operation.

Successful candidates must be available Mon-Fri to undertake multi-drop deliveries to stores across the UK between the start time window of 02-00-04-00.

Full training will be given as some roles involve being a key holder. All routes are preplanned with safe systems of operation to give confidence to all drivers in ensuring the smooth delivery of stick to all sites.

Duties involve for HGV Class 2 :-

• Carry out safe vehicle checks
• Ensuring loads are secured
• Moving Cages off the rear of the vehicle into store via tail lift and bringing back any returns/recyles
• Driving vehcile safely and wtithin driver WTD & WTR with no infringement
• Uniform will be required - blues/blacks

Average working week is 48 hours for HGV Class 2 Driver

Pay rate is £14.78 per hour or £16.56 including holiday pay.
