CLASS 1 DRIVER

Class 1 Driver

Assessments available immediately (Paid if pass). 

Monday - Friday day drivers needed for our client in Eccles/Salford

Class 1 Driver PAYE Rates: 

• Days & Nights: £18.16/hr (£16.20+£1.96HOL), 
• Saturday £18.83/hr (£16.80+£2.03HOL), 
• Sunday & BH £20.07/hr (£17.90+2.17HOL),
• Night Out - £26

As a Class 1 Driver, you’ll be working within a busy distribution hub you will be required to complete both client and Depot Deliveries. Duties will include:

• Taking out empty trailer units for loading and loaded units for tipping.
• Trailer swaps and drops will be required along the way
• Check that any unit movements are completed before leaving site and completing the next run.
• There are no retail drops required and drivers have no access to trailer units as these are sealed.
• Night Out will occasionally be needed but will be told the day before,

Class 1 Driver Applicant Requirements:

• Must hold a validCAT CE licence
• No more than 6 points on your licence
• Minimum 1 year Class 1 experience
