Job Role: Account Support

Salary: Up to £24,500 DOE

Location: Heywood

Here’s what you can expect to be doing:

• Writing and placing of adverts to attract applicants and maintain availability of registered candidates, using relevant job boards and social media
• Managing online advertising of all vacancies available, telephone screening of potential candidates and management of online registrations
• Supporting the Account Manager with client inductions, site tours and filling and vacancies
• Understanding clients’ requirements and ensuring candidates have the relevant experience and are recruited within the required time frame
• Contacting candidates regarding available work and briefing them on vacancies
• Maintaining regular contact with ad-respondents to keep them informed of developments and opportunities
• Managing the out of hours on call line to assist our clients and candidates with any absence reporting or additional requirements (team rota typically 1 week out of 7)

A few things about you:

• Full driving licence and ideally own transport is required as the role will involve occasional travel to clients’ sites for meetings, inductions etc
• Professional telephone manner and appearance
• Willingness to interact with people face to face and over the phone to build relationships with candidates and clients
• Excellent standard of spoken and written English
• A good level of education
