The Role

Reporting to the Branch Manager. Resourcer will take responsibility of reviewing applications and engage with applicants to understand the next steps on their employment journey.

1. Candidate attraction and selection processes.
2. Maintain and develop relationship with existing and new customers.
3. Team Collaboration.
4. Providing general administrative support for branch
5. Legal & Compliance

The Candidate

• Experience of working as a resource or a role similar is essential.
• Knowledge of supply chain would be beneficial but not essential.
• Understand the business’ needs and priorities, prioritising daily workload accordingly.
• Ability to work independently escalating issues when level of own competence exceeded.
• Excellent numerical skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
• Strong customer service skills
