Salary: £27,000 - £29,000

Hours: Monday to Friday

About the role:

The role is part of our Managed Services division which provides dedicated onsite resource to large clients with high volume agency needs. This role is based in the Beauty Sector.

Reporting to our Head of Managed Services, our Onsite Manager is responsible for overseeing our Agency Workforce and managing the Service Delivery Team based at our client’s premises. The role is accountable for our relationship with our client and the delivery of their service needs.

Responsibilities:

Gain a clear understanding of current and predicted client needs for agency workers on site.
Support and manage the onsite team to build a reliable agency pool through successful recruitment strategies.
Manage Agency Worker attendance, absence, overtime, and performance concerns. Ensuring the onsite team are equipped to deal with this.
Deliver KPI’s for the Senior Operations Team.
Ensure Proman are compliant with client site requirements including (but not limited) H&S, planning meetings, MDS, performance needs, induction, and PPE.
Responsible for the overall management of the Proman employees on site and adhering to internal policies and procedures.
About you:

You will be experienced and familiar with the recruitment industry and be able to demonstrate a strong understanding of interpreting client recruitment requirements.
You will bring a winning mindset to achieve the ambitions of the role and business. This is an autonomy role and requires you to fully own the role and account.
Face-to-face and over the phone, you will feel comfortable interacting with people and building excellent relationships. The role requires multi stakeholder interaction with the client and internal teams.  
Appreciation of the importance of excellent service delivery to ensure our agency is reliable and trusted by our client.
You will be confident in using new systems and be competent with Microsoft Office (including Excel).
You will have experience in managing a team and able to successfully do this remotely with the support of our internal service functions.
